Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within less than 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $10 fee. No-Show Policy: If a customer does not show up without prior notice, a $15 no-show fee will apply. Rescheduling: Customers can reschedule once for free if done at least 12 hours before the appointment. Waitlist Policy: Join the Waitlist: If no appointment slots are available, customers can join the waitlist. Notification System: Customers on the waitlist will receive a text or email alert when a spot becomes available. First-Come, First-Served: Open slots are assigned in order of waitlist sign-ups. Customers must confirm within 2 hours of notification to secure the spot.
